American Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR Certified
Emergencies can occur suddenly and without warning. Knowing what to do in the initial moments can be critical to your pet's life. Now certified through the American Red Cross Pet First Aid, Brazen Tails is able to:
"Erin is a dependable and enthusiastic caretaker of all animals, and because of her genuine care for Lady, I never have to feel guilty about my extra-long days at work, or my sometimes fore-shortened morning walks because I know that she is so well taken care of while I'm working. I highly recommend Erin to all who need to have their pets, homes, plants or any living thing taken good care of in their absence."

"The Highlight of my day, besides finding forgotten treats in the park when my owner is not looking, is having Ms. Erin show up and take me out for a long play in the park. She definitely gets us dogs, and no matter how busy she is, I know that I will get to have some time for laughs and loving from Ms. Erin."

"Erin has taken care of my dog Tommy for two years. Tommy is a very sweet Labradoodle, who is skittish and shy. I trust him with only a handful of people. Erin is one of them. Erin genuinely cares for Tommy and keeps him safe. Not only is Erin good with Tommy, she has helped out with last minute walks, and even stopped by to give him a pill to keep him calm during a bad thunder storm! I trust her with my dog and I trust her with the key to my house."

"Erin has been very important in the lives of my dog, Toby, (7 year old Aussie) and my adopted cat, KitKat (not sure how old), and me! She started taking care of the boys on a weekly basis over 2 years ago. I was so excited to see her get Brazen Tails off the ground and so impressed with her business acumen and personal connection. I can't tell you how many times I have texted Erin to see if she could add a walk for Toby and she has been remarkably flexible when my schedule changes. A fun moment for me when I am walking Toby is to meet a neighbor and they let me know that they know Toby because Erin walks him with their dog. My favorite part of a visit from Erin is her personalized notes letting me know that Toby 'did his business' and he had fun playing with his friends at Riverside Park. I no longer board Toby because Erin has provided us with all the services we need and Toby gets to hang out happily in his own home!"

"We are so happy that Erin has been part of our life for the last several years. Finding someone who could handle our now 10-year-old collie mix Casey was fantastic after we tried several other walkers in the area unsuccessfully. Erin understands all of her little quirks, the noise of the key in the door, her unfortunate dislike of the mailman, the thunderstorms and the other dogs they encounter on her daily walks. This really put our mind at ease when it came to letting someone into our home to care for her. Last year we added Foxy our Golden Retriever into the mix, and despite a few initial challenges with Erin’s much needed help, we are now a happy two-dog family. Whether it is belly rubs, daily walks with neighborhood friends, or even the odd extended time away from home, Erin has always been there for us. Both of the girls have had to have surgery in the last year, and during recovery were on restrictions and pain medicine. Erin was invaluable to us during those times and she took such good care of Casey and Foxy. We know we can always count on her in an emergency to help us with the girls and really like the daily updates that we get to read when we get home, and we appreciate how easily she introduced Annie to the girls. Erin has been a fantastic part of our lives and as we prepare to move to a different state I am not sure we are going to find anyone who will take care of our girls as well as she has. We certainly will miss her and we wish Erin and Brazen Tails every success!!"
